Unopened Products: If your item is unopened and you’re not satisfied, you may return it for a refund or replacement.

Opened Products with Quality Issues: If you've opened your product and noticed a quality concern (e.g., unusual texture, flavor, or appearance) and only a small amount has been consumed, we’ll investigate the issue. Please provide a description of the problem and include photos if possible. Once reviewed and confirmed, we’ll process your return or replacement as quickly as possible.

Damaged in Shipping

If your order was damaged during transit:

Please email us clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Once received, we’ll begin an investigation.

Damaged products must be returned to us at the purchaser’s expense before a replacement is issued.
